When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message immediately. Once your order on the way from our warehouse to you, If you need the tracking number,please contact us and then our customer service will send the tracking number to you.Don't forget, we ship Monday through Saturday only.

Most orders for In-Stock items begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.

For example, if you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Return Policy

Life is hard. Clothing should be easy. www.karenmillen-dress.org.uk offers one of the easiest return policies on the web. Your dress are fully warranted by each manufacturer against manufacturer's defects. Please note: no warranty by any dress manufacturer covers scratched lenses or accidental breakage or damage. Each dress is carefully inspected before shipment. If damage occurs during shipment, please contact the shipper.

Most warranties are for three months from date of shipment. Warranties may vary by manufacturer, however. Warranty information is listed as part of the product description for each dress and more detailed information is included with every product shipment.

Repairs of defects for dress under warranty are usually at no charge. However, you will be required to show proof of purchase within the warranty period, so be sure to save all receipts and transaction records.

In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer. To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt date-unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels.We will credit your original method of payment, excluding 20% re-stocking/processing fee,handling charge and shipping fee cost from us are non-refundable. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.

Our website cannot issue refund for non-quality problems such as:
"The product does not look like the ones in your picture."
"The product is not what I’d imagine it to be."
"I am not satisfied with this product."

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. We process all orders as quickly as possible within 6-12 hours after orders placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope you can understand in this key point. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.And all cancellation will be charged some commission by the third-party. Hope you could understand.

Exchange Instructions

Exchanges are part of our simple return process: just request a replacement item as you complete the return.Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a new order rather than request an exchange during the return process.

Seeing double Exchanges always involve the return of your original purchase and the creation of a new order. You will see two transactions on your credit card or debit card statement: a credit for your original purchase and a charge for your exchanged new purchase. Please be patient, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement depending upon your card issuer.

You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached and no obvious tried on. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
You will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
